Alas, I am not. Our house is ESE inside the US 52/40 beltline. Of
course, you got my hopes up when you mentioned fiber!

Thanks for the suggestion. A good option to at least be aware of for

commercial-laden TV channels, and have no need for land-line phone option.

We've been subsisting just fine on a 15 Mb/s (advertised, of course)
line, and currently paying $45/mo for the privilege.

$900 new in 2009. Its a HP 5642 42U rack that can be disassembled even
for easier moving.

By the way, I'll also have the first batch of the newly made climagic
