[BLUG] Gaming survey for everyone to take

Even if you are not interested in playing games or participating in the
weekly gaming sessions, I'd appretiate if you could take this quick
survey so that I can know generally how much interest there is:

Please answer questions honestly. Remember, I'm putting this survey
out so that I can find out what to do for the weekly sessions, so answer
according to what would most likely allow you to participate. Not all
questions are required so you can take the survey even if you can't
