[BLUG] networking issue

I'm trying to set up a web server within a LAN behind a router and I'm
noticing some strange stuff. It's going to take quite a bit to explain
it all and I think it will take significant effort to get it working
the way I'd like. I'm willing to transfer $50 to the paypal account of
