Quite simply, I've typed in this here email address three different
times to that exact page and have yet to received the expected automated
go-here-to-confirm Mailman response. That was 5 days ago. I suppose
it's possible that I typoed it three times?

... Okay, you encouraged me to do some more digging. I /never/ check my
spam folder because Google relatively always gets it right. Sigh. I've
been bit: there were the confirmation emails.

What issues are you having joining the CINLUG lists? Our discussion
list (http://lists.cinlug.org/listinfo/cinlug) and announcement list
(http://lists.cinlug.org/listinfo/announce) are both open subscription.
