Re: [BLUG] The experience of Linux on Inauguration Day

My experience was that cnn.com/live on Firefox under Ubuntu worked
fabulously (I don't have a Facebook, so I didn't try logging into
that...), but on our Hasefroch boxes it complained that we needed the
latest version of Flash, on both Firefox and IE, even though adobe.com
informed us that we have exactly the version they suggested we needed
to install.

At the High School and Middle School, I was able to get a video signal
from cable to show in the auditoriums, but at our Lower School we
couldn't get a strong enough cable signal, so I was counting on
streaming cnn.com/live on a Hasefroch box (it worked yesterday...) and
was disappointed; they got to see CBS streamed live, instead.

Fun stuff.
